This Privacy Policy describes how Soft ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the Soft Chrome extension. We have built Soft with privacy as a default — the extension does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on any external server.
The short version: Soft stores your configurations locally in Chrome's built-in storage. We do not have a server that receives your data. We do not track you. We do not sell data.
Soft does not collect, transmit, or have access to any of the following:
Soft uses chrome.storage.sync — Chrome's built-in storage API — to save your app configurations, environment URLs, and sticky notes. This data is stored in your own Google account and synced across your Chrome browsers by Google. Soft never transmits this data to any server we operate or control.

Google's handling of chrome.storage.sync data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Pro subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. When you purchase a Pro license, your payment information is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy — we do not receive or store your card details.
Lemon Squeezy may collect your email address and payment information as required to process the transaction. Their handling of this data is governed by Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.
We receive only your license key status — whether it is active or not — in order to enable Pro features within the extension.
Soft does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The extension makes no external network requests during normal operation.

These permissions are used solely to provide the extension's core functionality. Soft does not use these permissions to read page content, track browsing activity, or collect any data.
Soft is a developer tool intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided information through Soft, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. For material changes, we will notify Pro users by email. Continued use of Soft following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
